Indra Nooyi
Former CEO, PepsiCo

Indra Nooyi is the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, a Fortune 500 company with operations in more than 180 countries. She was the first woman of color and first immigrant to head a Fortune 500 company. Under her leadership, the company increased its profitability while also working to improve environmental sustainability and the healthiness of its food offerings. She spent 24 years with the company before stepping down as CEO in 2019.

Indra was born and raised in India and later moved to the United States to attend the Yale School of Management, where she earned a master’s degree in public and private management. Her donation to her alma mater Yale School of Management makes her the school’s largest alumni donor and the first woman to have endowed a Chair at a top business school.

Throughout her career, she has held various roles and leadership positions. In 2007, the Government of India awarded her the Padma Bhushan, the country’s 3rd highest civilian honor.

Sateesh Andra
Managing Director, Endiya Partners

Sateesh Andra is a technology enthusiast and venture capitalist who has a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed. He brings more than two decades of experience in investing, co-founding, leadership, and engineering in the US and India.

Sateesh has led investments in and currently serves on the boards of several companies such as Darwinbox, Kissht, Qapita, Scrut Automation, and Zluri. His previous investments include Seclore, Little Eye Labs (acquired by Facebook), and mGinger (acquired by Twilio). Prior to founding Endiya, Sateesh was a Partner at Ventureast and DFJ.

Before venturing into investing, Sateesh was the founder & CEO of Euclid (Synnex), a Silicon Valley-based startup in the IT management software space. He was instrumental in raising more than $35 million in venture capital and managing key customers and partners. He has also held product marketing and engineering leadership roles at Tsqware (Synaptics), LSI Logic (Broadcom), and VLSI Technology (NXP).

Nruthya Madappa
Partner, 3one4 Capital

Nruthya Madappa is a partner and head of growth and capital development at 3one4 Capital. In addition to supporting investments, topline and capital growth for the portfolio at the firm, Nruthya works closely with global institutional and strategic investors to drive the growth of portfolio companies. Her team partners strongly with portfolio companies to plan and achieve financial and strategic objectives including capital raises, revenue acceleration, M&A, and exits.

Over her career in the US and India, Nruthya has led global teams across technology, finance, real estate, education and economic policy. Before 3one4 Capital, Nruthya founded and led The CoWrks Foundry (a business accelerator for early-stage companies) as managing partner, investing in over 25 companies and establishing global partnerships with Yale and Columbia University.

Surya Mantha
Managing Partner, Capria Ventures

Surya Mantha is a managing partner for Capria Ventures where he is a member of the global IC and responsible for all investment operations in India.

Before joining Capria’s India operations (formerly Unitus Ventures), Surya held prominent leadership positions at Sify, RealNetworks, Peepul Capital and Omidyar Network India Advisors (ONIA).

As a founding member of ONIA, he led investments in e-commerce, digital media, education and government transparency sectors and a few of his early investments at ONIA went on to become unicorns. Surya also served as the CEO of Web18, a Network 18 Group Company. Under his leadership, www.moneycontrol.com grew multi-fold and www.ibnlive.com emerged as one of Asia’s largest news portals. He was also the CEO/MD of Saregama, India’s oldest and largest music label.

Surya earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from IIT Kanpur and a PhD from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also has an MBA from the University of Rochester, NY. He currently lives in Bangalore, India, with his family.

Sanjiv Rangrass
Venture Partner, Capria Ventures

Sanjiv Rangrass is a venture partner at Capria Ventures. He’s also an angel investor and mentor for successful start-ups like Zetwerk, BlackBuck and Vegrow.

He spent four decades at ITC. During his stint at the company, he spent over ten years as the CEO of the agri-business unit. Eventually, he concluded his journey as Group Head for R&D, sustainability, and projects in 2022. He is currently an Independent Director at Zetwerk, a Senior Advisor at McKinsey, and has co-founded The Agri Collaboratory. Sanjiv holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.

Beyond the boardroom, he enjoys supporting groundbreaking start-ups, the thrill of mentorship and riding his Harley.

Nat Malupillai
CEO, IIT Madras Research Park

Nat Malupillai is the CEO of IIT Madras Research Park and the IIT Madras Incubation Cell, where he leads the commercialization of research, working with academia, industry leaders, and startup founders to nurture translational research into working prototypes and build solutions in the DeepTech space. He has more than 25 years of experience across impact investing, management consulting, operations, technology, analytics, and global shared services.
